Q. Where were you born and raised?

A. Born in Montgomery, AL, raised in Jacksonville, AL.

Q. As a child, how would you describe yourself?
A. Curious, loved Science and all Sports

Q. What did you want to be when you grew up?
A. Astronaut, Pro Football Player  

Q. What activities were you most involved with as a kid?
A. Playing sports, riding my bike, playing with friends, hunting, fishing.

Q. What life lessons did you learn growing up that helped shape you into the person you are today?
A. That the things my mom and dad told me were really true!  Make GOD first, the rest will fall inline.

Q. What was your first job like?
A. I was a Weed Removal Technician at the local Golf Coarse

Q. At what moment did you realize that you wanted to go into radio?
A. I use to listen to our old tube radio with my dad, and thought wow those guys are cool, and everybody knows them.

Q. When The Rick and Bubba Show first began, did you ever imagine that it would become what it is today?
A. I’m very surprised and not really surprised both.  I just feel so humble and blessed when I meet the listeners and hear how they laugh along with us.  But the competitive side of me always thinks we can conquer anything in front of us…

Q. What are some of your favorite memories you have from the show?
A. Willie and Wanda, Being interviewed on National Shows, Book Tours, 20 Year Tour, Traveling Todd Dancing, wow there is a bunch!

Q. Who has been your most memorable guest to appear on the show?

A. So many I really enjoyed meeting,  Troy Aikman, Brett Farve, Tom Green, Kreskin, James Gregory and many more.

Q. What are some things in life you can't live without?
A. My faith and walk with the Lord, my Family, my Friends, Girl Scout Cookies, Ketchup

Q. How do you want to be remembered?
A. A follower of Jesus Christ, A Good Husband, a Good Father, someone who was a good friend, some one who loved to make people laugh as much as laugh, and a slightly better than average tennis player and coach.

Q. If you could give anyone one piece of advice, what would it be?
A. Get your sprit in sync with GOD, work hard, be a good friend, and don’t sweat the little things.
